Winifred BettyFOSTERnee Capsticks Winifred Betty Foster nee Capsticks, aged 92 of Sheaveshill Court, Colindale, London, passed away peacefully at 4:45am in the Royal Free Hospital, London on Friday, 5th October 2018. She was born in the small Nottinghamshire village of Harwell, near Bawtry on the 26th April 1926. Married to the late Samuel Joseph Foster 1906-1969 Betty Foster was an internationally known spiritualist medium, psychic and healer for over 50 years and helped many people understand their lives past and present. From a young age, brought up in a small country village she realised that there was more to understanding life than what she had been taught at school. Locally, she made friends easily and helped whenever needed by neighbours and strangers alike. She leaves behind sons, Reginald and Stephen and daughter Paula, grand-children Samantha, Adam, Sophie, Sam and Jeremy and great grand-children Joseph, Jessica, Amelia, Jacob and Lola and her only surviving sibling, brother Mick Capsticks along with many nephews and nieces. The funeral service will be held at the Golders Green Crematorium, London on Friday, 16th November 2018 at 1:00 PM. Our mother requested that instead of flowers, could people please give generously to the Dementia UK collection, thank you.
