StevenFosterSteve passed away peacefully on Sunday 5th June 2022 at East Cheshire Hospice.

The much loved son of Hilda, and the late Malcolm. The treasured brother of Debbie and Jane. And a loyal friend to many.

Steven will be lovingly remembered for his wry sense of humour and love for his family and friends. His passion for Stoke City football Club, Music and Horse racing. He was also a former employee of both the Congleton Chronicle, and the Stoke Sentinel. The latter for 18 years!

The funeral will be held at Birches Crematorium, Northwich on 21st June at 1pm.

The family are truly grateful for all the kind messages of condolences and cards that have been sent in Steve's memory.

We request that instead of flowers, donations can be made to East Cheshire Hospice, who cared for Steve so lovingly throughout his illness and in his final days.

The funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Jason and Abi at Larvin and Clegg Funeral Care. 20 Antrobus Street, Congleton (01260 297963) please direct all enquiries to them.

I heard this week of Steve’s passing. He was a great friend of mine back in the late 80’s early 90’s. I now live in Cornwall and haven’t seen him in years but he was one of life’s rare people who’s light shone so bright you were affected by it in the most wonderful way. Heaven has gained a new Angel. We were sorry to miss Steve’s funeral after being neighbours for so long. We will miss our little chats and it was a pleasure to have Steve as a neighbour
