John DouglasFOSTER(Formerly Director of Foster and Bird Ltd) Peacefully passed away on 13th August 2023 at Ystrad Fawr Hospital, Caerphilly, surrounded by his family, aged 87 years. Beloved husband to Margaret, father to Jayne and Andrew, father-in-law to Colin and Michelle and brother to Pauline and Carol. Much loved grandfather to Fiona, Alice, Andrew, Fraser, Holly and Poppy. "Great Grand" to Josh, Isla, Louis, Ifor and Ruby. John will be deeply missed by all his family and friends. He is resting at Caerphilly Funeral Services, Parc Avenue, Caerphilly. Funeral Service to be held on Thursday 7th September at 12:15 pm at St Helen's Church, Caerphilly, followed by a committal at the Wenallt Chapel, Thornhill Crematorium at 13:15. Family flowers only, donations in memory of John may be made to Parkinson's UK.
