EmmaFOULKESnee JORDAN The family of Emma would like to express their thanks to everyone who gave such tremendous support at this tragic time The practical help, floral tributes, Mass cards and messages of comfort, together with the great number of people who attended Emma's funeral gave us great comfort and were a tribute to the affection for Emma felt by everyone who knew her We would like also to thank the staff of Macclesfield Hospital A & E and MRI Intensive Care Unit for their dedicated efforts and care Our grateful thanks go to Father Peter of St Edwards, Macclesfield and Father O'Riordan of St Benedicts who conducted Emma's funeral service and who has given so much comfort and support to the family Thanks also to Albert R Slack of Wilmslow for their kind and considerate service
