Patricia AnnFOWELL'Pat' Passed away on 18th September 2019 at Hayward House aged 80 years. Much loved and will be sadly missed by all her family and friends. Funeral service will be held at All Saints Church, Cotgrave on Wednesday 9th October at 12.00 noon followed by cremation service at Wilford Hill Crematorium.
