Stephen BradleyFOWLERWith great sadness the family of Mr Stephen Bradley Fowler, formerly of Red Lane, Colne and pupil at Queen Elizabeth Grammar School, Blackburn from 1970-1977, announces his passing, on 14 September 2024, at St Ann’s Hospice, Heald Green. During his final days Stephen was attended by his partner Denise, his sisters Rebecca and Sarah, and numerous friends and former students and tutees. There will be a service as follows:
