A special thank you to Dr. Thornton at Pickering Surgery, also to Dr. Jones, Maggie and the team at York Hospital Renal Unit and to Ward 33 for all their special care and the respect they gave to Charlie. Many thanks to Father Pritchett for his support, comfort and wonderful services and to Brian and staff at R.H. Barnes Funeral Directors for their care in making Charlie's final journey so dignified and finally to everyone who gave donations in memory of Charlie.
