For so many years, Kay devoted her life to bettering our community, and her legacy continues to thrive in the lives she so profoundly touched.
Kay, your absence will be deeply felt by all of us, especially by me and my colleagues Cllr Shazia Butt and Cllr Shaukat Ali. Your love, laughter, and remarkable spirit will forever be cherished in our hearts.

My sincerest condolences to June and everyone at Abraham Moss Warriors. Kay Kelly did so much for North Manchester and will be a great loss to the community.

RIP Kay, wonderful neighbour, friend, and my support when I and my family needed it even when you were ill yourself. Go rest in peace you deserve it.
