GeoffreyFRANKLANDGeoff was born in Great Harwood in 1938 and later lived in Clayton-le-Moors, then moved to Oswaldtwistle in 1960. Geoff was the only son of May and Eddie Frankland and brother to Mavis. He was a printer by trade and then went on to work at British Aerospace, Samlesbury up until his retirement in 1992. His hobbies were golf, darts and dominoes down at his local pub and also watching sports on TV. But most of all he enjoyed having wonderful holidays with his beloved wife Arleen. Geoff leaves behind his wife Arleen, sons Bryn and Jason, daughter-in-law Lorraine, Maureen and grandchildren Katie and Rob. Geoff ’s funeral service will take place at Accrington Crematorium Chapel on Wednesday, March 22 at 1.40pm. Family flowers only please, but donations in memory of Geoff will be gratefully received for Rosemere Cancer Foundation c/o Hyndburn Funeral Services, Queens Road, Accrington.
