Donald VanheganFRAZERPassed away peacefully at Bury Hospice on Friday 7th June 2024, aged 64 years.

Dearly loved husband to Lily, father to Neil and Scott, son of Elizabeth, and brother to Deirdre.

He will be sadly missed by all that knew and loved him.

The funeral service will be held on Monday 1st July at East Lancashire Crematorium at 2:30pm.

Family flowers only please. Donations, if so desired, to Bury Hospice.

Very sad to hear of Donald's passing and wish to pass on my deepest condolences to Lily, Neil and Scott. I worked with Donald for only a short time at Erindale College but his tremendous joy and spirit was a highlight of my time in Dr. I.W.J Still's lab. We played many pranks and had too many laughs to remember. Of course, for Donald he got to meet Lily, the love of his life during his time there. We had a great crew of chemists and friends with Donald always making our time there joyous. One of the best persons I had the honor to call a friend and colleague.
