Diolch yn fawr iawn am benderfynu cefnogi Tŷ Hafan, er cof cariadus am Nancy Eileen Freak.

Mae'n ddrwg iawn gennyf glywed eich bod wedi colli Nancy, a wnewch chi dderbyn fy nghydymdeimlad dwysaf ar ran pob un ohonom yma yn hosbis Tŷ Hafan. Roedd Nancy yn berson arbennig iawn a gallwn weld o'ch tudalen Deyrnged fod ei holl deulu a’i ffrindiau yn meddwl y byd ohoni. Bydd colled fawr ar ei hôl. 

Yn hosbis Tŷ Hafan, mae diagnosis o salwch sy'n byrhau bywyd yn troi bywyd bob dydd teuluoedd wyneb i waered, gan eu gadael yn wynebu dyfodol sydd mor wahanol i'r un a oeddent yn ei ddychmygu. Mae eich haelioni yn golygu y gallant dderbyn y gofal a'r gefnogaeth sydd eu hangen arnynt. Diolch i chi, gallant greu oes o atgofion yn yr amser sydd ganddynt gyda'i gilydd, yn union fel eich atgofion chi o Nancy. Gobeithio y bydd hynny yn rhoi rhywfaint o gysur i chi yn ystod y cyfnod trist hwn.

I am so sorry to hear about the loss of Nancy, please accept my sincere condolences from all of us here at Tŷ Hafan. Nancy was a very special person and we can see from your Tribute page they were dearly loved by all of their family and friends. They will be missed. 

At Tŷ Hafan, the diagnosis of a life-shortening illness turns everyday life upside down for families, leaving them facing a future that is so different to the one they imagined. Your generosity means they can receive the care and support they need. Thanks to you, they can create a lifetime of memories in the time they have together, just like your memories of Nancy. I hope that gives you some comfort during this sad time.
