Gemma LeanneFREEMANSuddenly and unexpectedly whilst at home, on the 4th July 2024, Gemma aged only 36 years sadly passed away.
A very much loved daughter of Donna, a loving step daughter of Lawrence, a dearest sister of Ben and Lee, a dear granddaughter of Eve, Arthur and Cherie, a special friend of Kevin and James, a good friend to many more.
Gemma will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
A service to celebrate Gemma's life will be held at the Grimsby Crematorium on Tuesday 30th July at 12:45pm.
