FRENCHPatricia Ann (nee Driscoll) Passed away peacefully on Thursday 16th June 2016 at Derriford Hospital, aged 76 years. Reunited with loving husband Terry. Beloved mum of Liam and daughter-in-law Caroline, much loved granny of Tamsin and Hannah, doting great granny to Ethan and Kaycee. Always in our thoughts and will be sadly missed. Rest in peace.
