Loving Mum to Andrew, Martin and Gary. Proud Grandma to Ashleigh, Mike, Natasha, Dom, Danielle, Aaron and Georgia. Great Grandma to Sophia, Mia, Alfie, Ava, Nathaniel, William and Luke. Pat will be sadly missed by all her family and friends.
A funeral service will be held at St Joseph's Church, Birkdale on Monday 30th October at 12pm followed by committal at Southport Crematorium, at 1pm.
Family flowers only please but donations are being gratefully received for The Southport Lifeboats.
