Michael JohnFRYPassed away peacefully at home on 6th August 2023 aged 79 years. A much-loved Husband to Penny, Dad to Dean, Bridget, Claire and Stepdad to Michelle, Tina and Louisa, Pappy and Great-Grandfather. Mike will be sadly missed by all his family and friends. Traditional attire is requested at the funeral service to be held at 11:00am on Tuesday 22nd August 2023 at Westerleigh Crematorium, Waterside Chapel. Followed by reception at Old Redcliffians Ruby Club. Family flowers only, but donations may be made in Mike's memory to the Tracheostomy Safety Project on the day or on line c/o H G Harris Funeral Directors at funerals.uk.net/make-a-donation/.

Goodbye my longtime friend from Cotham Park RFC. We had so many good times before I emigrated to South Africa. Last time we met was Maidenhead RFC when you played for Old Redcliffians. Sorry we lost touch after that, but you were always in my thoughts. I will not forget you. RIP Mike
