Michael and John, together with his wider family are most grateful for all the sympathy they have received in their loss - Masses, prayers, sympathy cards and messages, memorial donations and attendance at his funeral Mass. Thanks to numerous friends and neighbours for support in his illness, including the Motor Neurone Disease Association, the Job Centre Staff, Samaritan colleagues and St. Teresa's Pilgrimage group. Special thanks to the Matron and kind staff at The Ferns Nursing Home, to Dr. S. Alusi of the Walton Centre with Professor Young and their aides and to Dr. Karen Groves and the whole Queenscourt caring team, thanks also to Damian and Gibb's Funeral Directors for helpful and dignified arrangements.
