Passed away at Royal Stoke University Hospital on Saturday 6th July 2024 surrounded by her loving family. Bessie, aged 92 year from Brindley Ford, originally from Harriseahead. Devoted wife of the late Arthur, loved mum of Robert, Susan and Hayley, very dear Mother-in-law of Linda, Mark and Mark, cherished Nan of David, Thomas, Christopher, Sean, Heather, Katie, Danielle and Mark and treasured Great-Nan of Isla Bessie. The funeral is to take place at Packmoor Methodist Church on Wednesday 24th July at 10am. Family flowers only. Donations, if desired, to Heather Cooper, normal funeral attire with a hint of red. Bessie was a beautiful soul, who never failed to make us grin from ear to ear, laugh like we’ve never laughed before and loved like we’ve never loved before.

I had the pleasure of caring for Bessie while she was living at Davlyn House Care home, and it has been an honour.

I will cherish the memories made, and hold Bessie in my thoughts always. One very special lady, who will be dearly missed by myself and all at Davlyn House. Sleep tight beautiful lady.

Love and hugs to all the family at this time.
