JackGALLOWAYof Sagar Street, Great Harwood, died on Friday, December 6, aged 80. He was a joiner at a DIY shop and the owner of a skating rink. He enjoyed going out for meals with family, dominoes and darts, jigsaw puzzles, he loved his gadgets and holidays to Florida. Husband to Norma, father to Peter, Christine and David, he was grandfather to Amanda, Daniel, Carla and Shaun, a great-grandad to Callum, Conner, Max, Ellie and Seb, brother of Margaret, brother-in-law of Harold and Vera and brother of the late Derek. The funeral took place on Thursday, December 19, at St Bartholomew and St John Church, Great Harwood, conducted by Rev Graham Birch, followed by burial at Great Harwood Cemetery.
