NicolaGARDNERJane A life borne so bravely, she passed away very peacefully on Monday 21st July 2008, at Ysbyty Gwynedd in the presence of all her family, aged 46 years. Of Craigside, Llandudno. The very precious daughter of Wendy and Raymond, much loved sister of Simon and Julian. "A part of our lives will be with her forever". Funeral service takes place on Thursday 31st July at Llanrhos parish Church, Llandudno at 1.15pm, followed by Private Committal at Llanrhos Lawn Cemetery.
