Heather FionaGARDNERPassed peacefully away on 22nd August 2019, surrounded by friends and family, aged 56 years. Much loved partner of Jim and loving mum of her favourite son Jack. Funeral service to be held on Tuesday 17th September at St Peter's Chapel, Exeter Crematorium at 11.30am. Floral tributes welcome. Donations, if desired, to Woodhayes Nursing Home may be given at the service. Co-op Funeralcare, 119 Cowick Street Exeter EX4 1JD
