The much loved Dad of Gareth and Sarah, a proud Grandad, dear son, brother and father-in-law. A Service to Celebrate Phil's Life will be held at Park Wood Crematorium, Elland on Friday 11th April at 1-30 pm. Donations to the M. N. D. Association, in his memory, would be greatly appreciated.
