PatriciaGAVAN26/1/1936 - 5/5/2023 Passed away in hospital aged 87. Re-united with husband Billy and baby Karen. Loving mum to Gary and Michelle, Special Nan to Gary, Lee, Lauren and Ryan. Great Nan to Junior, Reid, Franco and Riley. Son/daughters in law Gren, Joseph and Hayley. Pat will be sadly missed by all her family, friends and all who knew her.
