GeoffreyGAY(Morpeth). With great sadness we announce the death of Geoff on 9th October 2014, aged 70 years, Geoff passed away peacefully at Rothbury Community Hospital, husband to Beryl (nee Blythe), dad to Lisa and Gillian, father-in-law to Matthew and Ian, "Grandad Geoffrey" to Henry, James, Isla, Zach and friend to many and will be sadly missed by all. The family would like to thank all friends, nurses and all hospital staff who have helped in many ways over the last few months. The Funeral Service will take place on Thursday 16th October at 11.15am at St. Mary's Parish Church, Morpeth, followed by cremation at West Road Crematorium at 12.30pm. Friends please meet at church. Family flowers only but donations if so desired will be shared by the Macmillan Nurses and The Sir Bobby Robson Foundation c/o J. Conroy & Son Funeral Directors, Fenwick House, 8 Manchester Street, Morpeth, NE61 1BH. Also a collection plate will be available in church.
