Grace MaryGIBSONWe are sad to announce the death of Lady Grace Gibson of Llanddonna, Anglesey. Grace Mary Gibson, (neé Royffe) died peacefully at her home on 2nd November, aged 94. Grace was the widow of the late Sir Donald Gibson who died in 1992. She is survived by her two sons, Michael and Julian Haines, and her partner of 25 years, Bryan Hyde. Grace also had three grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. Originally from Clapham in South London, Grace settled in North Wales in 1976 and lived in a lovely farmhouse in Anglesey overlooking Red Wharf Bay. She developed a beautiful garden there and played an active role in many wildlife and horticultural societies in the area, most notably as a founder member of the Friends of Treborth Gardens. Her funeral will be held at Bangor Crematorium, Llandegai Road, Bangor, LL57 4HP on Monday 28 November at 11.00am.
