I am truly saddened hearing that Stan had passed away. I only met him in his twilight years at Manchester Aquatics centre. A true gentleman.

Only just heared about Stan. He and his brother Dennis were pioneers of wrestling in this city and both stalwarts of the old basement gym at the YM .Both gentlemen from the old school. RIP. From Tom Botts
