RonaldGILRAYOn August 3rd 2022 Peacefully at home Ronald, aged 95 years of Rawthorpe. Beloved husband of the late Gladys, much loved dad of Susan, Christine, Stephen and Julie. Also a loving grandad and great grandad. Service at Huddersfield Crematorium on Wednesday September 7th, at 10.45 am. Family flowers only please donations if so desired would be appreciated for Kirkwood Hospice. A plate will be available at the crematorium. My hero. I wouldn’t be the person I am today without you. Trying to drum my maths homework into me each night, teaching me how to type, showing me how to put skirting boards in and wallpaper a room - all with extreme patience. You were the most intelligent, caring, funny and generous person I’ve ever met and I miss you so much already. I’m glad you are finally at peace and back with my beautiful Nana.
