Joan MaryGILROY(White House Folly, Alnwick) Peacefully but suddenly after a long illness, on Monday 19th February, aged 79 years. Beloved wife of David, much loved mother of James, Andrew and Chris, and mother in law of Rachel, Yvonne and Sophie, loving granny of Evie, Abbey, Jakob, Edwin, Emily and Charlie, also a dear sister of Eric and the late Ian. Dearly loved and sadly missed by all her family and friends. A private burial will be followed by a Service of Thanksgiving in St. Bartholomew's Church, Whittingham on Tuesday 12th March at 12.00 noon. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu if desired to Caroline's Comet Fund at The Alnwick Oncology Day Unit.
