KeithGOLISTIPassed away peacefully on 14th August 2023 aged 68 years.
Beloved husband of Patricia, loving dad to Simon and Daniel, and a special grandad to Loic, Josh and Naiya.
The funeral service will take place in the main chapel, at Markeaton Crematorium on Thursday 14th September at 12.30pm.
Family flowers only please, donations in lieu if desired for the British Heart Foundation may be placed in the collection box following the service.
