Ernest "Ernie"GOODFELLOWGOODFELLOW Ernest "Ernie" Prudhoe, formerly Brampton (Bewcastle) Passed away in Hexham Hospital on 12 January 2025 aged 79 years.

Friend to many will be sadly missed.

Would friends please meet for service at St. Mary Magdalene Church, Prudhoe on Monday 27 January 2025 at 2pm, followed by a private cremation.

Donations in lieu of flowers if desired to Leukaemia UK.

All welcome afterwards at The Halfway House, Prudhoe.

Ernie will be a great miss around Prudhoe Eest. When I appointed him as caretaker and latterly as the school gardener after he “retired” he was one of life’s little gems you come across from time to time. A trustworthy valuable staff member.

So sorry for your loss.
Ernie will be sadly missed by all at Prudhoe West.
He has been a big part of our school community for many years.
Even after retirement he gave his time so freely and his beautiful garden will be a lasting memorial.
We will cherish the many happy memories.

Thank you for helping my mam so much after Jim died. You were always so patient with her and also helped us sort things out so much when she had to go into care. You were always lovely and will be missed.
