Kevin JosephGORDONSuddenly passed away at home on 11th August 2026, aged 53 years.
He was a devoted father to Adam, much loved son to Ken and June, beloved brother to Michelle, brother-in-law to David, caring uncle to Lucas, cherished partner to Maxine and a loyal and loving friend to many.
He is going to be a massive miss by everyone who had the pleasure of knowing him and been part of his life. Kevin was a selfless person who always put others before his own needs and strived to help anyone he could. His kindness impacted countless people's lives, leaving his legacy of kindness and devotion forever. His unwavering love for his family, partner and friends was felt by us all and was very much reciprocated. Kevin's amazing smile and childish contagious laughter will always live on forever within all our wonderful memories we all hold so deep in our hearts.
Funeral Service at Life Vineyard Church, Marley Hill on Friday 4th September, at 1.30pm.
Cremation to follow at Saltwell Crematorium at 2.30pm.
All are welcome afterwards to celebrate Kevin's life at The Gibside Hotel in Whickham.
At Kevin's request no flowers for the funeral, but donations to be made towards his church, "Life Vineyard Church" at Marley Hill or "Mind" the mental health charity through their website.
