My condolences to Phils family. I knew Phil from school, Roundhill juniors and Bramcote Hills. We played rugby for school and county together and his dad Cyril was our chauffeur and mentor. His mum was lovely. He was a big character and we spent many hours as a group in the Hope Pole. Happy days. Bless him and his family. Paul McLaughlin.

Phil,

Despite the short length of time we knew each other you have managed to leave a lasting impression. I’m hoping I did the same for you and that you went with the knowledge that your family will be loved in the manner to which they became accustomed.

I hope wherever you are you’re having a nice time.

Beep!

Poppa Gost, you were a joy to know. I remember a time when I asked Dawny her opinion of a business name for a children's line, and you laughed in the background and said "you're not making clothes for goats!" Consequently I used a different one haha sitting with you watching programs and just chatting away and seeing your little smiles at stupid stories are firmly cemented. You've raised amazing children and left a beautiful legacy and lots of awesome memories. I'm glad you're finally free and reunited with your love and I hope you rest in eternal peace. Lots of love always, Emma, Mason and Olive xxx
