Loving Husband of Marlene, much loved Dad to Tracy, Joanna and Linda. Father in law to the three Steves and a loving Grandad to Paul, Thomas and Harry.

Funeral service to be held at Chanterlands Crematorium Large chapel on Thursday 5th December at 2:30pm.

Family flowers only but donations may be left at the service in Jack's memory for The Alzheimer's Society.
