CicelyGOWAN(Fenham). Peacefully on 20th September, aged 98 years, Cicely. Beloved wife of the late Thomas (Tot), much loved mum of Christine and gran of Sarah and Daniel Chapman. A service will be held at West Road Crematorium on Monday 29th September at 11.45am.
