MaxGOWMANSuddenly but peacefully on May 30th at Glangwili Hospital, Max of Pentrefelin Street Carmarthen, beloved husband of the late Norma, much loved partner of Ann, devoted father of Nick and Andrew, a cherished grandfather, also a respected father in Law of Sara and Lisa. Max will be sadly missed by all his family and many friends. Public funeral service on Friday 16th June at Royal Oak Chapel of Rest, Old St Clears Road Johnstown Carmarthen at 1.00pm, followed by cremation at Parc Gwyn Crematorium Narberth at 2.30pm. Family flowers only please, but if desired donations in lieu to Oncology Unit, cheques made payable to League of Friends Glangwili Hospital c/o Peris Rice Carmarthen Funeral Director, Royal Oak Chapel of Rest, Old St Clears Road Johnstown Carmarthen SA31 3JF tel 01267 243787.

When you joined the Cardinal Road gang Max it was like we’d known you all along . Thank you for your wonderful company and all the happiness you brought our dear friend Ann. A very special man who will be much missed by his family , friends and all who knew him .
