EdwinGRAHAM THOMAS(ED) The Family would like to express their appreciation for many messages of sympathy, Mass cards and donations received in Ed's memory. We would also like to thank Dr Bishop-Cornet and all Staff at Ormskirk Medical Centre, Dr McManus and his Team at Southport Ormskirk District Hospital and Dr Angus and his Team at University Hospital, Aintree for their dedicated care over the past few years. Grateful thanks also to The Clergy at St Anne's Church, Ormskirk for their kind ministrations during this sad time and to Hunter's for their dignified Funeral arrangements.
