Claire LouiseGRAHAMof Woodlands Drive, Hoole, Chester. Passed away on Sunday, 16th April 2023, aged 53 years. Beloved wife of Paul. Devoted mum of Josie, Annabel, Tom and Emmy. Loving daughter of Terry and Pat. Dear sister of Adam, Peter and Geraldine. She will be sadly missed by all her family and friends. Funeral service and Requiem Mass at St Werburgh's Roman Catholic Church on Friday, 19th May 2023 at 10:00 AM followed by burial at Hawarden Cemetery, Flintshire.
