SylviaGRAHAMPassed away after a short illness on Thursday May 30th aged 84 years. Beloved wife of the late Jack, loving twin sister of the late Pat, sister to the late Joyce and Bob. Sylvia leaves behind son Nick, daughter in law Lesley and grandchildren Jessica and Joel. Sylvia's family would like to thank all the staff of ward 12 at James Cook Hospital for their kind care over the past few weeks. Funeral service to be held on Monday June 17th in St Bede's Chapel, Teesside Crematorium at 2:00pm. Donations can be made in lieu of flowers if so desired to Sylvia's favourite charity The Salvation Army, there will be a collection box on the day.
