Frances BillieGRANTGRANT On August 27th, peacefully in the Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital, Wonford, Frances (Billie) aged 92 years of Shortlands Road, Cullompton. Will be sadly missed by all her family and friends. Funeral service will be held in the Baptist Church, Cullompton on Tuesday September 5th at 11am followed by cremation at Exeter.
