ClareGRATTANClare passed away suddenly at home on 19th November, aged 57 years.
Beloved partner of Mark, dear daughter of Malcolm and the late Dorothy, treasured mam of James, Jak and Freya, cherished nana of Esmé Rose and Arlo Jaxon, also a much loved sister, sister-in-law, mother-in-law, auntie and friend.
Family and friends are invited to celebrate Clare's life on Thursday 5th December at Maplewood Chapel, Stockton Crematorium at 10am, prior to burial within Durham Road Cemetery.
