Peter JohnGRATTIDGEPeter passed away quickly and peacefully at home after a long illness, very patiently borne, aged 87 years. For 64 years, he was the much loved and loving husband of Celia, and devoted father of Sally and Catherine. He will be deeply missed by sons in law Steve and Martin, grandchildren David, James, Jessica, Nicole and Michaela, and great granddaughter Ella.
A celebration of Peter's life will be held at St Nicholas Church, Allestree, on Wednesday 7th May 2025 at 12.30pm, followed by a private committal. Those attending the funeral are requested not to wear black.
Family flowers only please, but donations received in memory of Peter will be shared between Blood Bikes Derbyshire and St Nicholas Church. These may be given at the service.
