Herbert (Bert)GRAYpassed away peacefully on 4th June 2015, aged 86, at Phyllis Tuckwell Hospice, Farnham. Loving husband and best friend to Brenda. Wonderful dad to Mandy, Stephen and David. Much loved Grandad and Great Grandad. He will be sadly missed by all his family and friends. The family would like to thank RSCH, The Community Nurses, Sans Soucie Home Care and the dedicated team at Phyllis Tuckwell Hospice. Funeral Service to be held at Guildford Crematorium on Friday 26th June at 12 noon. Family flowers only.
