MargaretGREAVESMargaret Greaves 17:08:1944 died peacefully at the Freeman Hospital 04:02:2022. A beloved wife, reunited with her soulmate 'Coventry Bill', her parents, John and Elizabeth, and brothers and sisters, Betty, Annie, Edna, John and Alan. Mother to Yvonne, Billy and Paul. Grandmother to Robert, Ruth, Nathan, Alanah, Katie and Joseph. Known as Grandma to Ellen, Lena, Clement, Eliphe, Neil and mother-in-law to Amanda, Claire and Paula. Known by many as Grandma Margaret, who describe her as a stoic, strong, inspirational woman who guided us to work hard, play hard, respect our elders and always be kind. In life we loved you dearly, in death we love you still, in our hearts we hold a place that only you can fill. You did so many things for us, your heart was kind and true, and when we needed someone, we could always count on you. Sad are the hearts that love you, silent are the tears that fall, living here without you is the hardest part of all. Funeral service to take place at St Andrews Church, Leam Lane on Thursday 24th February at 1.15pm, Followed by interment at Heworth Burn Cemetery at 2pm Family flowers only please, donations if so desired can be left after the service for the British Heart Foundation All welcome back to the Leam Lane working men's club.
