I was privileged to work very closely with Alison at Murray Park school where we shared an office. Alison was kind, friendly and had an amazing sense of humour. Despite her battle with cancer she remained strong and positive, an inspiration to all.

It was an honour to know Ali and to spend many happy days with her over the last 9 years. Cycling the lanes or walking the footpaths of Derbyshire, sampling cakes and coffee at our favourite teashops. Despite her illness Ali was always so positive, she just loved getting out for an adventure, a laugh and a chat. We will miss her so much. With love to all her family. Kath

You will be sadly missed Auntie Alison. Our fave recent memory is when you came to look at our new house and the kids wouldn't let you leave until you had played many a game of pairs!

Sleep tight
