Suddenly on 29th August aged 71 years, beloved husband of Linda, treasured dad of Kirsty and father-in-law of Gary, devoted grandad of Brad & Jack. Much loved brother of Lynn. He was also a dear uncle, cousin and friend to many.

Alan served in the Northumberland Fire & Rescue Service for over 20 years and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

Please meet for funeral service at Cowpen Crematorium, Blyth on Tuesday 19th September at 10:45am.

Family flowers only please, donations if desired to be collected for The British Heart Foundation and RNLI.

Alan and the rest of our extended family have been and still are such a big part of our lives,our annual trip back won’t be the same without him, love to all.
