RobinGRIFFIN MBEAged 78 Years 1942 - 2021 Robin was a pupil at Manchester Grammar School from 1953-1960. He was a teacher at the school from 1970-1997 where he taught classics. He is one of the authors the “Cambridge Latin Course” which is still taught at the school. Robin was awarded the MBE in November 1990 for his contribution to the classics. His other passion in life was acting and he contributed greatly to the many productions at the Garrick Theatre in Stockport.
