RosemaryGRIFFINRo was born June 1950 to Michael and Violet Hillock. She had the best childhood with brothers Steven, Kevin and her baby sister Wendy. She went to St Nicks Primary moving up to St Thomas Moore, she always had many friends. Aunty Polly was her long time bestie. Ro lived in the swinging 60's and loved to go out down the Lacarna & Milk Bar. She had a great love of music. Irish or Country & Western. Ro and John had 3 girls. Jacqueline, Rosemary and Michelle. Ro was a great daughter, friend and sister. But motherhood was what she did best. The girls had the best childhood. Filled with love, joy, and a good rollicking when needed. Family was her greatest joy and she loved it when we visited but loved it more when we went home again. Mum loved to shop and was often awfully fond of herself with her purrr-chases. She loved life and always made her presence known, you could not be in her company without laughing your head off at something. Alopecia puss, bog eye and twizzle, cun with a T, if you know you know.

My darling bestie Ro, I'm going to miss your fun loving attitude to life, your humour and laugh. You had a smile that could light the room up. I have so many memories of our childhood, taking our children to school together and days out all crammed in one car. Sleep peacefully Ro, see you later. I love you to the moon and back. Polly x
