Hazel EmilyGRIFFITH(nee Roberts) Sadly passed away on the 21st November 2016 aged 87 years. Much loved wife to the late George Wilson Griffith. Loving mother of Pat, Sue, George and the late Gill and beloved mother-in-law. Proud grandmother and great grandmother. Funeral service to be held at Streetly Crematorium, West Chapel on Wednesday 7th December at 11.15am. Family flowers only please.
