Roland, beloved husband of the late Marian, loving and deeply loved father of Siân, Elaine and Anne, extremely proud grandfather of Alex and Jenny, and of Cara and Rhys and a dear great grandfather of Olivia. Funeral strictly private due to current restrictions, at Llanelli Crematorium on Friday, November 13th, 2020. No flowers by request, donations in lieu, if so desired, to Cancer Research UK. For those wishing to pay their final respects his cortege will leave his home at 11.30am, travelling down from Cynghordy to Llandovery, turning down Stone Street, along Broad Street, turning on to the Llangadog Road and passing Llandingat Church. We will then drive through Llandovery Rugby Club where Roland dedicated his life to supporting the Drovers and make a return journey to Clarence Corner and out on the main A40, passing the college.
