JeffreyGRIFFITHSPeacefully on 27th October 2023 at his home, Jeff dearly loved husband of Pam, beloved father of Jeffrey and Alex, father-in-law of Elizabeth, proud papa of Kayla, Malina, Jack and Sam.

Funeral service at Swansea Crematorium Friday 24th November at 12 noon.

Thank you so much for choosing to support Tŷ Hafan, in memory of the late Jeffrey Griffiths. 


We are so very sorry to hear about the passing of Jeffrey. On behalf of us all at Tŷ Hafan please accept our heartfelt condolences. Jeffrey was a very special person and we can see from your Tribute page they were dearly loved by all of the family. They will be missed.



I hope you and your family take comfort in knowing that your support will extend a caring hand in our hospice and the local community – providing comfort to the many families and children that Tŷ Hafan support. Tŷ Hafan is a wonderful place full of love, laughter and cherished memories, ensuring a short life is a full life. These memories are something our families will treasure forever, just as you will treasure your memories of Jeffrey. I really hope that can give you some solace during this incredibly sad time.
