Hazel HeatherGRIFFITHSPeacefully passed away on Friday 17th May at
Morriston Hospital.

Hazel of Ael y Bryn Nursing Home, Morriston, formerly of Heol Las Close, Birchgrove, beloved wife of the late Des, much loved mother of Dawn, loving nanna to Alex and Joseph, and great nanna to Wren and the late Billie.

Hazel will be sadly missed by all her family and friends.

Funeral service will be held at Swansea Crematorium on Friday 7th June at 11:00am.

Family flowers only please but donations if so desired in memory of Hazel can be made to:

Dear Hazel I never got a chance to tell you but I hope you knew how many happy memories you gave me in my childhood. We had a lot of fun and you had a wicked sense of humour. Every time I think back to spending time with Hazel Des and Dawn I can always think of something that will make me laugh!
